MEET THE CAP’N

Hailing originally from Fargo, North Dakota, Arron "Al" Bergstrom, aka Cap'n Al, is a seasoned musician with 35 years of experience playing the bass guitar. During his career, he's performed in opening acts for music legends like Kid Rock, Sheryl Crow, and Alice Cooper. In 2005, Al was nominated for MN Music Academy Bass Guitarist of the Year.  For most of his music career, Al has performed in the background for other bands. But now he's taking center stage. With original compositions and a full album of songs, he's ready to show the world he's more than just a bass player.  

As a long time Minnesotan residing in the Twin Cities, Al enjoys being outdoors. His favorite thing in the world is hanging out with his girl (who happens to be a bad-ass entrepreneur). Between caring for kids, and their 3 cats and 1 dog, life is an adventure.  When he's not playing music, you can catch Al at the bowling alley or basketball courts.  Sightseeing, playing cards, and watching historical documentaries are also high on his list of hobbies. But nothing beats the excitement when he's performing on stage.
